Shu, Kwok Gets Best Nod at Golden Horse

KEELUNG, Taiwan - Veteran actress Shu Qi was named best actress at Taiwan's Golden Horse movie awards Sunday. Stephen Chou won best director for ``Kung Fu Hustle'' and Hong Kong's Aaron Kwok won best actor.Shu won for her performance in ``Three Times,'' a sensual examination of three love affairs in three different eras. Shu played a pool hall hostess, a retrained courtesan, and a hedonistic rock singer. Kwok was honored for his performance in the film ``Divergence,'' in which he played an emotionally troubled police officer obsessed with his missing wife. ``Kung Fu Hustle'' was a big winner at the Hong Kong Film Awards. The movie tells the story of a landlord-landlady couple who appear aloof in the face of a gang invasion of their home.
