The 15th Annual China TV Award Announced

Shanghai (Xinhua) - The 15th Annual Chinese TV Award was held Thursday night in Shanghai with 28 prizes announced. "Peace Time", "Affectionate Children", "Workshop Leader" were awarded as the three best long TV drama series. "Monument of the Dessert" and "People of Shenzhen" were awarded the best middle-length TV drama series. Zhang Fengyi and Wang Yumei were crowned as best actor and actress for their roles in the "Peace Time" and "Affectionate Children" respectively. Qi Mengshi and Qi Meijuan from "Affectionate Children" were awarded the best supporting actor and actress. Starting from this year, this top Chinese TV award will be named "China TV Gold Owl Award". It also adds two award category: best documentary and best specialty.
