    SYDNEY - Tao Luna of China won the Olympic gold medal in women's 10-meter air pistol Sunday (Saturday night) with a score of 488.2.

    Tao tied the Olympic record in qualifying heats with 390 points and went on to win the golf medal with a total score of 488.2 points.

    Jasna Sekavic of Yugoslavia won the silver and Annemarie Forder of Australia won the bronze.
